Rodenbach Evolved Saint Georges is a 6.5% ABV sour pale ale that pays homage to the brewery's historic "Gueuze Saint Georges," cherished until the late 1970s. Revived as part of Rodenbach's Evolved series, this beer blends traditional wheat beer, saison, and lambic, fermented with Rodenbach's unique yeast culture. It then matures for two years in Foeder No. 93, developing a complex character. 

The result is a light, fruity ale with subtle sourness. Expect aromas of apple and peach, complemented by hints of Brettanomyces and a touch of leather, adding depth to its profile.
