No holds barred, it’s a yes to everything. A clean kettle sour, loaded with lactose, was secondary fermented on rich Blood Orange and silky Pomegranate. It’s the ultimate citrus and berry pastry sour, and will leave you wondering why we didn’t do this before.

A citrus overload on the aroma, with notes of baked pie crust, delicate red berries and caramelised fruits. The Blood Orange provides a robust expression of zest, with the Pomegranate in a supporting role. The tart lemon finish keeps it clean and drinkable.
