The Haze may have left the chat, but a 'Clear Beer Of The Year' contender has entered it. This DDH Cali IPA is absolutely soaked with Mosaic Incognito, Nelson Sauvin, Simcoe, and Citra. Fermented with a house lager strain for a crisp base, everything revolves around sticky hop saturation. It’s a complex tag team of piney and stone-fruity notes, with a sticky berry glaze and a lovely little Nelson kiss of dank.
