Quadrupling down to get the most thiol-loaded hazy possible, Working Title partnered with the boffins at Freestyle Hops to go full beer geek. This NZ Hazy IPA uses undermodified Pilsner malt and Sauvignon Blanc juice to unlock massive flavour precursors. Nelson Sauvin and Mega Motueka in the mash release abundant thiols, creating a big old complex juice bomb. It is unmistakably Kiwi, with an overload of passionfruit, blackcurrant, grapefruit, and diesel aromatics over a soft, pillowy body.
