Where The Wild Things Are is a true Maleny original — a spontaneously harvested, native mixed culture beer that’s been three years in the making. From hot wort brewed in Doggett St to overnight cooling in mini koelships on the family farm, every step was a dance with the elements. After careful selection and scaling of the most aromatic, best-fermenting cultures, the beer spent 12 months in neutral oak, followed by another year across five barrels. Expect bready notes, floral esters, and exotic stone fruit with a funky Brett edge, finishing tart, zippy, and refreshing.
