Like the lights of Las Vegas, you'll be drawn to this intense West Coast IPA. This beer ramps things up with a huge intensity of hop oils, including Strata, Amarillo, and Kohatu, balanced by slightly sticky malts. Dank, stewed pineapple, and diesel top notes kick things off before apricot, berries, and plenty of resinous, sticky, proper West Coast bitterness follow. Be warned, you might get lost in the hops.
