Holy Goat Space Wizard Golden Sour

Space Wizard is a mixed-culture Golden Sour Ale fermented with a blend of microbes including six strains of Brettanomyces for intense fruit and funk. One part was hopped with aged Scottish hops for intense fruitiness, while the other was left unhopped for a stone-fruit forward, fuller acid profile. The blend is packaged without additional hops or fruit to showcase the pure, complex character of the mixed culture.
