Made from King Valley Dolcetto and gently de-alcoholised using pervaporation (yep, that’s a real thing), it’s a proper wine—not some imitation. Think juicy plum and strawberry gum on the nose, with a super fresh palate that’s light, zippy, and bright with chalky tannin and lovely acidity. It's best served chilled and pairs beautifully with salty, tomatoey pasta. Proof that wine can still be serious without the booze.
