This innovative West Coast IPA was brewed with pals at Ronin Fermentation Project from California. Using the LoDo (Low Dissolved Oxidation) technique to preserve brightness and nuance, this beer is an outrageously hoppy delight. Using hand-selected Riwaka and trial hop ESH-1 from NZ combined with classic Simcoe, expect a tropical whirlwind of pine resin, grapefruit sherbet, and lime pith backed up by a hefty, pronounced bitterness.
