This high-ABV brew is the fifth release in Straddie’s IPA Shipwreck Series, paying tribute to the Australian Hospital Ship Centaur. Crafted on Straddie, this Double IPA was perfected to ensure every sip is a treasure worth discovering. Pineapple, guava, sweet melon, and passionfruit hop characters burst out of the glass. A cooler ferment aimed at boosting free thiol production results in a super juicy, fruity, beguiling, and easy-drinking beer that perfectly honours the strong spirit of the Island.
