Hailing from South Australia’s historic Riverland, 23rd Street Distillery revives century-old copper pot distillation with a distinctly approachable, easy-drinking spirit. Distilled from 100% Australian malted barley and matured in charred American oak ex-bourbon casks, this pocket-sized 50ml mini takes full advantage of the region’s warm, dry climate for rich wood extraction. A soft malt foundation carries smooth notes of creamy honey, dried stone fruit, and gentle oak spice. Bottled at an approachable 37.0% ABV, it finishes clean, rounded, and lightly sweet without aggressive heat.
