Aether Brewing teamed up with New Zealand’s Canyon Brewing to drop Two Shores Bright IPA—a stunning 6.4% ABV trans-Tasman collaboration brewed right here in Brisbane. Expect big Sauvignon Blanc, gooseberry, and fresh pine up front, supported by a pale malt base holding it together and leading into a clean, zesty finish. It strikes the ultimate balance between crisp clarity and a massive NZ/Aussie hop character. It’s light on its feet, beautifully structured, and absurdly sessionable for a 6.4% drop. A true celebration of craft cross pollination!
