Aether Brewing XPA – Mid-Strength Session Ale

Proving that mid-strength doesn’t mean middle-of-the-road, this XPA delivers big hop flavour at just 3.5% ABV. It pours a bright gold with a fluffy white head, opening with aromas of citrus zest, pineapple, and a hint of berry driven by a heavyweight hop bill of Citra, Mosaic, and Azacca. The palate is supported by a smooth, bready malt base (Pale, Vienna, Wheat) and a restrained bitterness that keeps the finish crisp.
