VITICULTURE Fruit was sourced from two highly regarded Hunter Valley vineyards allowing two different soil types to provide a level of complexity to the wine.

WINEMAKING Picked early in the season and cold fermented using specially selected yeasts.

PALATE & BOUQUET Crisp grapefruit and lifted lemon/lime flavours on the palate with a lingering finish that is zesty sherbet mouthfeel.

ALCOHOL 12.5% (7.5 Std Drinks)

BOTTLED 750ml claret bottle under screw cap.

FOOD MATCHES The ultimate Semillon pairing is fresh oysters, even a splash on the oyster in place of lemon juice!

CELLARING 1-3 years for a vibrant, clean style. 4-10 years for something more buttery, toasty and complex.
