This is Malbec with some serious swagger. Grown in Bendigo and bottled without pretense, Aller Trop Loin’s 2022 release is all about dark fruit, soft spice, and smooth confidence. Expect dense blackberries, mulberry jam, and a touch of cocoa, balanced by firm yet approachable tannins. There’s enough grip to stand up to hearty fare, but the finish is silky and long, with just the right amount of warmth. Bold without being overblown, it’s a no-nonsense red made to be shared—or not.
