Ambleside Old Tom Gin

Our Old Tom Gin pays homage to family, place and tradition. Our family roots, in York, UK are distilled into this gin through a post distillation steep of English Breakfast tea, reminding us of the Cuppa we would have back home at nanna’s place.

Piney aromas of juniper, paired with bright citrus botanicals, such as orange & lemon. Steeped brown sugar, English Breakfast Tea & Lemon Myrtle add a touch of sweetness and amplify the flavour profile to elongate the palate. Notes of sweet citrus, lingering spice, malt, pepper & pine.

Serving Suggestion:
