Brewed by the monks of Kloster Andechs, it pours a deep golden hue with a creamy white head and an aroma full of sweet malt and floral hops. The flavour is rich and bready, with hints of honey and dried fruit, finishing smooth and warming without any harsh booziness. Despite its strength, it’s incredibly balanced and clean—pure old-school brewing mastery. Best enjoyed slow, with hearty food or good company.
