Aristotelis Ke Anthoula Sparkling 750ml

Sparkling 2022 is made from Viognier grapes from the sandy red soils of Hilltops NSW, picked a little on the earlier side for lemon squash zippy goodness.

For us, Sparkling 2022 is the perfect pét nat across all weather with its crisp acid line cutting through the creamy texture of the lees which brings beautiful length and complexity.

As with all our wines, this wine is made from grapes only with no additives whatsoever. It is carefully made by hand with no big machinery and laboriously fussed over so the result is high quality and stable, eschewing the need for added sulphites.
