PASTRYBALL pays homage to one of the most underated & miss understood whiskeys of our time. The almighty Fireball.  

We brewed a large chocolate heavy base stout blending in a special cinnamon & gingerbread infused malt from Belgiuim. Loaded it up with lactose for that creamy sweet full mouthfeel & then conditioned on Madagascan vanilla bean & a well known cinnamon Whiskey. The result is a Fireball like dream with, Spice, subtle heat & a smooth sweet roundness. The perfect sipper of a big beer or if you are feeling adventurous an epic Boilermaker when paired with a nip of Fireball which we suggest best consumed on the rocks & savoured.
