This special edition of Chimay Blue is matured in a carefully selected blend of barrels, including French oak, American oak, and cognac barriques, adding layers of depth and nuance. The result is deep, warming flavors of dark fruit, caramel, toffee, and subtle spice, with hints of oak, vanilla, and a touch of spirit influence. Full-bodied with a smooth, velvety mouthfeel, it finishes with a delicate balance of sweetness and warmth.
