Break Free Wiggle Bum Fiano 750ml

Get ready to do the wiggle. The 2025 Wiggle Bum Fiano is a high-energy, textural delight sourced from premium parcels in the Swan Valley. This isn't your average crisp white; it’s a wine with real "grip" and personality. It opens with aromatic notes of orange blossom, ginger spice, and glazed pineapple. On the palate, it’s all about the crunch—think green apple and lemon pith backed by a distinct saline minerality. A portion of skin contact and time on lees gives it a signature chewy mouthfeel and a savoury, nutty edge. It’s vibrant, funky, and finishes with a refreshing, zesty snap.
