In the chaos of 2020, We called our friends down the hill to see if they’d like to make whiskey with the hundreds of kegs we were about to pour down the drain.

After many trips ferrying beer from Beechworth to Corowa in the back of a beat-up old ute, this remarkable collaboration was born. 

Description

The Single Barrel release for the Ale Saviour series has been aged in an American Oak ex-port barrel for 2 years. Limited to 703 bottles it is young, bright and well-balanced with hoppiness.

Bottled at 52.3% ABV the higher spirit releases a fruity flavour bomb.

Tasting Notes

Nose - Apple and Rhubarb Crumble with vanilla custard.

Palate - Savoury with all-spice balanced with demarera sugar and hops.

Finish - Short with notes of freshly cut hay.
