This is an exceptional value-for-money Champagne from a small, fifth-generation grower in the Côte des Bar. The Tradition Brut is predominantly made with Pinot Noir, which gives it a generous, rich character on the palate. Expect a flattering nose of red berry and intense fruit, accompanied by elegant notes of biscuit and ripe citrus. The mouthfeel has a rich, unctuous mousse and a wonderful harmony, finishing clean with mineral and saline notes that keep it bright.
