Bunker Distillery Reposado Blue Agave Spirit

Bunker Distillery’s Reposado Blue Agave Spirit is a smooth, barrel-aged Aussie take on a Mexican classic. Crafted in small batches in the Northern Rivers of NSW, it starts with 100% organic blue agave syrup sourced from traditional landowners in Mexico. The spirit is then rested for 5 to 10 months in small 30–40L ex-whisky and sherry barrels, allowing it to develop rich, sweet flavours of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit. 

The result is a golden-hued spirit with a smooth and creamy texture, offering a harmonious blend of vanilla, caramel, and dried fruit on the palate. It finishes with a pleasant, lingering warmth and a touch of spice, leaving a memorable impression.
