This complex Saison was refermented on fresh blueberries and mulberries and conditioned on raw honey, giving it an aromatic wave of red berries. A refreshing lactic tartness perfectly balances the sweetness from the honey, while a distinct 'red frog' note adds a playful twist. Fermented and aged for 18 months in French oak, this beer delivers a beautifully layered experience.
