Caldera Saison Dry Hopped w/ RH01 Can Sgl

Certified Sustainable hops from Ryefield Hops, particularly the dry hop with RH01 provides a delicate but firm bouquet for this blend brewed with organic, single origin malts from Voyager Craft Malt. Fermented and aged for a year in a mixture of french oak puncheons and barriques.   

A crisp and refreshing saison with a golden straw hue. The aroma is a delightful blend of mandarin, and pineapple, with hints of hard candy, vanilla, leather, and fresh tobacco. On the palate, the citrus and lemonade flavours take the lead, followed by a herbaceous undertone and a subtle oaky tannin on the back palette. The mouthfeel is soft and effervescent, with a touch of minerality. The finish is slightly tart and bone dry, with a soft lingering bitterness that adds complexity and will whet your appetite.
