Brewed from two-year-old lambic and bottled without added sugar, this 5.5% ABV beer pours a golden hue with lively carbonation. Aromas of floral hops, citrus, and subtle funk complement a flavour profile that is tart, dry, and gently bitter. A limited annual release, it showcases Cantillon’s creativity and mastery of spontaneous fermentation.
