Gueuze Lambic is a classic Belgian blend of one-, two-, and three-year-old lambics, matured in oak barrels and naturally re-fermented in the bottle. This 5.5% ABV beer pours a golden hue with lively effervescence, offering aromas of green apple, citrus, and aged wood. Its flavour is tart, complex, and dry, with fruity notes and a delicate funk that evolves beautifully over time. Often called “Brussels’ Champagne,” it is the ultimate expression of spontaneous fermentation.
