Made in Saint Lucia, it’s a mix of pot still and column still rums aged separately in ex-bourbon barrels before being married together for a mellow, rounded finish. You’ll get warm notes of ripe banana, vanilla, baking spice, and a gentle smokiness from the oak. It’s rich without being heavy, making it perfect for sipping neat or giving your rum cocktails a solid, flavorful base.
