"Extrait Gourmand" is a beautiful expression of a celebratory wine, with a charming salmon-pink hue and a refined, structured palate. It bursts with aromas of red fruit like raspberry marmalade and crushed strawberries, with an underlying hint of toasted brioche. The palate is equally bold, delivering notes of juicy redcurrant and mango, all brought together by a creamy texture and a fine, persistent fizz.
