Matured entirely in Ex-American Oak Bourbon Casks, the wood influence beautifully softens the peat while adding delicious, rich notes of clotted cream, vanilla, and fresh green fruits to the palate. Expect gentle wisps of sweet smoke perfectly balanced by a grassy, creamy coating on the medium-to-long finish.
