This unique Munichwine uses a Bavarian heritage lager strain, keeping the fermentation clean and refined while letting the malt complexity shine. On the nose, expect layers of cocoa, dark chocolate, toffee apple, pear, and a hint of maraschino cherry. The palate is full-bodied with balanced bitterness, finishing with a slow, crisp snap that smooths out the ABV and draws you back in for another satisfying sip.
