Dalwood Estate Semillon grows in sandy loam soil on the south bank of the Hunter River. The 2021vintage was cool with ample rainfall. The fruit was picked from the 21st to 23rd of January and is fragrant with lemon pith and lime zest; the palate is pure and elegant.
