This is a luscious dessert wine inspired by "Noble Rot" (Botrytis), which shrivels the grapes and concentrates their sugars. The 2024 vintage pours a bright, medium gold and is bursting with enticing aromas of lime zest, mandarin, and honeycomb. On the palate, expect intense flavours of candied lime peel, green toffee apple, and lychee. Despite its intense richness and viscosity, a lively, citrus-driven acidity creates a harmonious and elegant finish.
