Experimental.  Boundary pushing. Just plain delicious. Our “Hell” wines represent us daring to dream, taking inspiration from our vinous heroes and using some more out-there winemaking techniques to make wines that excite us.

All fruit for the 2022 Hell wines was sourced from the Bassham Organic and Biodynamic vineyard in The Riverland.

Fermented on skins for 2 weeks, our 2022 Vermentino is an instant transportation device to the Ligurian coastline. A wine all about layers, complexity and energy, the citrusy nature of Vermentino shows itself here in an intense, pithy, lemon sorbet like tang.  Herbaceous and bright, freshly cut jalapeño cutting through crunchy tannin with an oily texture and saline finish. Drink with fish tacos or spicy Thai salad.
