Sourced from fruit grown on granite and quartz flecked soils right at the lower boundary of the prestigious Morgon cru, this 100% Gamay completely skips whole-bunch fermentation. Instead, it is fully destemmed and vinified in a classic Burgundian style to prioritize purity. It pours a remarkably deep, dark ruby in the glass. On the nose, it hits you with a vibrant, lifted aromatic payload of wild strawberry, juicy blackcurrant, and a touch of savory spice.
