This is an exceptional single-vineyard sparkling Vouvray from one hectare of 35-year-old Chenin Blanc vines in the heart of the appellation. Made in the Méthode Traditionnelle, it boasts a firm, fine mousse and a beautifully composed character. The highly expressive nose reveals notes of white flowers, vineyard peaches, toast, and almonds. The palate is long, elegant, and creamy, with ripe, harmonious flavours of apple and pear. It's truly impressive, drinking well as an aperitif but with the intensity to accompany a wide range of dishes.
