This New Release Pinot Noir is sheer, elemental nature, shaped entirely by its Derwent Valley terroir. It's a single-vineyard story, blending five different clones to achieve a beautiful complexity. The wine is incredibly fresh, bright, and supple, with perfumed dreams of raspberry, red cherry, rhubarb, and a musky bushland perfume. Made with Méthode Naturel principles, it undergoes whole bunch wild ferment and is matured for 12 months in old demi-muid before being bottled unfined and unfiltered, capturing perfect natural balance.
