This Pinot Gris from the Sanskrit collection is a truly unique, skin-fermented wine with exotic fragrance and shapely texture. Given a whole bunch open wild ferment with 30 days on skins, this lightly cloudy wine offers a complex perfume of heady lychee, damask rose, pink pear skins, stone fruit, and smoky spice. Notes of bitter orange and musky dusk make this a truly intriguing wine. Produced in extremely limited allocations, it is bottled unfined and unfiltered, showcasing its pure, Méthode Naturel balance.
