This skinsy amber creation co-ferments Zibibbo, Riesling, Vermentino, and Fronti Blanc on their skins for 22 days in an open concrete tank. The result is a wildly smashable orange wine bursting with vibrant aromas of ripe apricot, citrus zest, and a subtle hint of gingerbread spice. On the palate, lush stone fruit flavors and zippy acidity roll into a refreshing, textural mineral finish.
