Doom Juice La Rossa – Red Blend

Made with cozy afternoons and long lunches in mind. La Rossa brings together Nero d’Avola, Lagrein, and Graciano from the Riverland. After spending four months in barrel and three in the bottle, it emerges as a medium-bodied, silky red packed with ripe cherries, blackberries, and a hint of dried oregano. With soft, fresh tannins and a little oak in the background, it is comforting, easy, and drinks beautifully with a quick five-minute chill in the fridge.
