Moinette Ambrée is the third act in a stellar trilogy, following the classic blonde and rich brown versions. This Belgian amber ale blends five carefully selected malts for a layered, complex flavor that’s full-bodied without being heavy. It’s smooth, warming, and has just the right hint of caramel and spice. At 8.5%, it’s got some kick, but the balance makes it dangerously drinkable. If you’re into bold but refined brews, this one’s a must-try.
