A taut, mineral-driven expression of Chardonnay that perfectly captures Owen Latta’s signature style. Sourced from five distinct sites across Western Victoria—including the estate’s volcanic soils at Coghills Creek—this wine is built on tension and texture. Fermented wild in barrel with full malolactic fermentation, it balances "hard" orchard fruit notes with a savoury, saline edge. Expect aromas of fresh lemon, chalk dust, and salted cashew, leading into a palate that is racy and flinty yet beautifully textured. It is a class act that punches well above its weight.
