Fermented wild in barrel with full malolactic fermentation, it balances "hard" orchard fruit notes with a savoury, saline edge. Expect aromas of fresh lemon, chalk dust, and salted cashew, leading into a palate that is racy and flinty yet beautifully textured. It is a class act that punches well above its weight.
