RESTRAINED AND REFINED EXPRESSION OF CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay has evolved over the years, showcasing significant variations in winemaking and style. Our version has gradually developed to highlight the pure varietal character of the Gumeracha vineyard where it is grown.

Colour: Pale Straw.

Bouquet: Apples, yellow peach and pear blossoms with hints of toasted hazelnuts.

Palate: Nectarine and white peaches with fresh lemon curd & hints of brioche, on a tightly textured palate.

Cellaring: Drink up, or 5 - 8 years.
