Gareth Belton continues to set the standard for modern Adelaide Hills Pinot. Sourced from a collection of their organically farmed sites across the Piccadilly Valley and Lenswood, the 2025 vintage is a masterclass in "light and shade." It opens with lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, tart cherry, and a signature hit of forest-floor spice (that classic whole-bunch sap). On the palate, it is ethereal and silky, balancing crunchy red fruit with a fine line of acidity and savoury, dusty tannins. It’s delicate, pretty, and effortlessly drinkable—Gentle Folk at their absolute best.
