It opens with lifted aromatics of wild strawberry, tart cherry, and a signature hit of forest-floor spice (that classic whole-bunch sap). On the palate, it is ethereal and silky, balancing crunchy red fruit with a fine line of acidity and savoury, dusty tannins.
