When two Victorian brewing powerhouses share a mash tun, you know classic lager technique is getting a serious modern upgrade. Good Land has teamed up with Collingwood legends Stomping Ground to deliver Public Pils, an ultra-crisp 4.9% ABV California Pilsner built for peak drinkability. Respecting the old ways while embracing modern flair, the brew team used a traditional step mash on premium Aussie Voyager Malt and fermented clean with local Bluestone yeast. To inject that signature West Coast snap, they loaded it with New Zealand Motueka Amplifire hop oil. On the palate, expect crackery malt precision wrapped in vibrant, modern citrus hop oils, snapping shut with a bright, bone-dry, and palate-cleansing bitterness.
