The crew at Good Land Brewing Co. are channeling pure West Coast sunshine with Ruthless, a dialed-in 6.4% ABV California-style IPA. Built on a crisp, ultra-clean base featuring premium Aussie Voyager Malt, this bright golden pour keeps the malt profile light and lean so the hops can run riot. A heavy dry hop regime of Simcoe, Southern Cross, and Citra unleashes a vibrant wave of pungent pine resin, ripe citrus peel, and juicy tropical punch right out of the glass. On the palate, expect brilliant stone fruit and ruby grapefruit brightness backed by a firm, assertive bitterness that snaps bone-dry on the finish.
