The use of 21% wheat instead of rye in the mash bill results in a soft, buttery mouthfeel and an incredibly easy-drinking character. It leads with beautiful aromas of peach and caramel, coupled with apricot and cinnamon. On the palate, you’ll find toffee, pastry, and hazelnut that guide toward a honeyed finish that’s smooth and balanced. It's a silky sipper that holds its own distinct character.
