Mutation #0020, the Dank Lord V3, is a West Coast IPA designed to hit every sense. Kaiju! has combined Simcoe, Amarillo, Eclipse, and Galaxy hops on a lean malt base to create a beer where the palate is laser-clean and beautifully balanced. Lemon sherbet leads, mango and passionfruit follow, and the weed-like dankness ties it all together. The bitterness snaps shut, crisp and not cloying. It’s a beautifully structured, hop-forward brew that proves the Dank Lord knows exactly what he's doing.
