This is an incredibly vibrant and textural skin-contact white that's a sophisticated take on Vermentino (which they sometimes call Pigato). The wine spends 20 days on skins in open fermenters to build texture, resulting in a grippy, savoury white that still feels super refreshing. Expect massive notes of peach, apricot, wild herbs, and white florals. The palate has a beautiful sleek, almost creamy texture, with a distinct salty, chalky finish that's a delight.
